A co-signer is required if applicant(s) do not meet the following:
A) income qualifications of three times the rent or
B) 2 years of consistent rental history.
To qualify as a co-signer, the co-signer must meet the income requirement of four times the amount of rent of the applicant(s) and 12 months of current employment.
All information provided will remain confidential and will be used for the sole purpose of processing applications for Stewardship Home Management only. If a lease is not signed, all applications and agreements will be destroyed.
